PRICING
Every commission is bespoke, tailored to your requirements and the nature of the shoot. The packages below are offered as a guide, with scope to discuss a solution that works for you.
FOCUSED – £259
Ideal for a specific requirement or a smaller project where a couple of hours is all we need. This might be photographing a space, a collection of objects, a handful of portraits, a new project or simply creating some fresh photography for your business.
Includes:
- Initial consultation and shoot planning
- Agreed shoot list
- Up to 2 hours of photography
- Images displayed wirelessly on iPad as we work
- Professional editing
- Private online gallery
EXTENDED – FROM £459
For projects that need more time, more variety or a combination of different types of photography. With up to four hours, we can cover much more – perhaps people at work alongside interiors, objects and details, or a mixture of planned photographs and natural documentary moments.
Includes:
- Initial consultation and shoot planning
- Agreed shoot list
- Up to 4 hours of photography
- Images displayed wirelessly on iPad as we work
- Professional editing
- Private online gallery
FULL DAY – FROM £859
For larger commissions where there is plenty to cover and we want the freedom to work in greater depth. A full day gives us time to create a substantial and varied collection of photographs, covering events, spaces, processes, objects and details.
Includes:
- Initial consultation and detailed shoot planning
- Agreed shoot list
- Up to 7 hours of photography
- Images displayed wirelessly on iPad as we work if applicable.
- Professional editing
- Private online gallery
RETURNING CLIENTS
I really value the relationships I build with my clients, many of whom I work with regularly over a number of years. Returning clients receive 5% off future photography commissions as a thank you for continuing to work with me.
PLANNING & FAQs
PLANNING & BRIEF
Before the shoot, I’ll ask you to provide a brief – outlining what you would like to be photographed, the purpose of the images and how and where they will be used. We will discuss this during our initial consultation and agree a shoot list in advance, so we both have a clear understanding of what needs to be covered on the day.
BOOKING FEE
A £100 booking fee is required to secure your shoot date. This is non-refundable and covers the initial consultation, planning and development of your project before the shoot. If your plans change, the booking fee can be transferred to an alternative date, subject to availability.
The £100 booking fee will be deducted from the final cost of your shoot.
NUMBER OF IMAGES
The final number of finished images will vary depending on the subject matter, scope of the shoot and what can realistically be covered within the time booked. You will receive a carefully curated selection of the strongest images from the shoot, each professionally edited with care and attention to detail.
RETOUCHING
Professional editing is included as standard. Additional retouching is available where required and can be discussed during our initial consultation, depending on the needs of the project.
STYLING & PROPS
Styling is included where required. Additional budget may be needed for specific props, flowers, food or other items.
IMAGE USAGE
Images are supplied for use across your website, social media, PR, printed marketing and portfolio. Third party or extended usage can be discussed separately.
TRAVEL
Travel within 25 miles of Evesham is covered by the shoot fee. Additional mileage is charged at 55p per mile. Parking and congestion charges may also apply.
