PRICING
Every commission is bespoke, tailored to your requirements and the nature of the shoot. The packages detailed below are offered as a guide, with scope to discuss a solution that works for you.
Every shoot starts with a conversation about what you need your photographs to do. I’ll help shape the brief, plan the shoot and work out the best approach for your subject, space and intended use. On the day, I’ll bring the technical skill, experience and creative instinct needed to make the most of the opportunity.
FOCUSED – £269
For well defined projects with a clear brief and specific photographic requirements. Ideal for a considered collection of product images, meet the team images, or fresh photography for your website and marketing, with time to capture the key shots and explore a few creative variations.
Includes:
- Initial consultation and shoot planning
- Agreed shoot list
- up to 2 hours of photography
- Images displayed wirelessly on iPad as we work to review progress
- A carefully edited selection of final images, supplied in both high res and web sized formats.
- Private online gallery for viewing and downloading your images
EXTENDED – FROM £459
For projects that need more time, greater variety or a combination of photographic styles. Well suited to workplace and interiors photography, a wider range of products, or documentary coverage, allowing scope to explore different setups, details and moments to build a more varied collection.
Includes:
- Initial consultation and shoot planning
- Agreed shoot list
- Up to 4 hours of photography
- On location direction and creative problem solving
- Live image previews on iPad, allowing us to review progress and refine shots as we work
- A carefully edited selection of final images, supplied in both high res and web sized formats.
- Private online gallery for viewing and downloading your images
SIGNATURE – FROM £859
A full day of photography, allowing time to explore a project in greater depth, work across multiple subjects, spaces or activities, and capture documentary coverage of events as they unfold. With considered planning, professional lighting and a creative approach tailored to the brief, there is room to develop ideas, capture the details and create a varied, cohesive collection of images.
Includes:
- Pre-shoot consultation and planning
- Agreed brief and shot list
- Up to 7 hours of photography
- Professional lighting and equipment suited to the shoot
- On location direction and creative problem solving
- Live image previews on iPad, allowing us to review progress and refine shots as we work
- A carefully edited selection of final images, supplied in both high res and web sized formats.
- Private online gallery for viewing and downloading your images

PLANNING & FAQs
PLANNING & BRIEF
Before the shoot, I’ll ask you to provide a brief – outlining what you would like to be photographed, the purpose of the images and how and where they will be used. We will discuss this during our initial consultation and agree a shoot list in advance, so we both have a clear understanding of what needs to be covered on the day.
BOOKING FEE
A £100 booking fee is required to secure your shoot date. This is non-refundable and covers the initial consultation, planning and development of your project before the shoot. If your plans change, the booking fee can be transferred to an alternative date, subject to availability.
The £100 booking fee will be deducted from the final cost of your shoot.
NUMBER OF IMAGES
The final number of finished images will vary depending on the subject matter, scope of the shoot and what can realistically be covered within the time booked. You will receive a carefully curated selection of the strongest images from the shoot, each professionally edited with care and attention to detail.
RETOUCHING
Professional editing is included as standard. Additional retouching is available where required and can be discussed during our initial consultation, depending on the needs of the project.
STYLING & PROPS
Styling is included where required. Additional budget may be needed for specific props, flowers, food or other items.
IMAGE USAGE
Images are supplied for use across your website, social media, PR, printed marketing and portfolio. Third party or extended usage can be discussed separately.
TRAVEL
Travel within 25 miles of Evesham is covered by the shoot fee. Additional mileage is charged at 55p per mile. Parking and congestion charges may also apply.
